Eduard graduated from the Institute of Arts at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University in Kyiv. His extensive professional career includes decades of teaching at both higher education institutions and specialized music schools. Notably, he served as a piano instructor at the Faculty of Music and Pedagogy at the Alecu Russo State University of Bălți (Moldova), working with both full-time and correspondence students.
